Return and refund policy

We hope that you will be satisfied with all of your purchases but if you do need to return any items to us, please send them back to our studio address below. Please ensure all returns are in their original condition, unworn and with all tags still in place and are returned no later than 30 days. 

Usually we  cannot accept exchange, because of our limited quantities returns on sale items- please contact us to check stock.

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days.

Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs and the safe return of items. We suggest sending any returns recorded to ensure delivery. 

Any major flaws will be listed within the product description and I would invite customers to contact us for further information prior to purchase.

All items are shipped from our studio in the UK.
