We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from Laconie. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item in accordance with the policy below.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
- unworn and unused;
- in their original condition;
- returned with all original tags attached;
- returned in their original packaging where possible.

Exchanges
Due to our limited stock, we do not currently offer exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 working days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
For your protection, we recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@laconiebrand.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
